Eva’s fitness story:
Eva comes from a disciplined fitness background starting from a young age as a state x country, athletics and soccer representative through her youth and teenage years, Eva joined the Australian Army in 1998 after completing her schooling and this was the start of her Military and fitness career. In 1999 Eva took her first step in her path to becoming a successful Fitness trainer by completing a Combat Fitness Leader (CFL) course, this ignited her passion to train both military and civilian personnel and soon after she attained her civil qualifications both in group instruction and personal training. Eva then proceeded to further her fitness career by transitioning from a part time combat fitness leader to a full time Military Physical Training Instructor (PTI) within the Australian Airforce, Eva completed a mandatory live in 6 month military physical training instructors course where she mastered the art of transforming military personnel into super-fit soldiers.
As a Military PTI and a civilian Personal Trainer (PT) Eva has been employed within a broad range of duties thus leading to highly accredited experience and qualifications attained over 16 years of practical experience. Eva’s qualification as a Military PTI is held in the highest regards within the fitness industry and no civil accredited course enforces the continuous discipline and commitment to fitness then that of a Military Physical Training Instructor.
In 2010 Eva created her own genre of fitness developing her own brand and style of fitness class called HUA. HUA FITNESS, as it is known, was established in Australia and incorporates a vast variety of military components of training into various intense training sessions. Eva brings her hardcore style and HUA affiliated sessions to the UAE.
Eva is also a competitive trainer who not only encourages her to team to compete but leads by example and has held several titles in the Australian INBA and ANB bodybuilding association from 2003-2009 holding numerous bodybuilding titles state and country wide. Since coming to the UAE, Eva was crowned the UAES Fittest female in the 2012, and also voted as one of Shape’s Top 5 personal trainers of the year, won the Wadi Bih with a new course record and also completed a 100 km Ultra Marathon in Nepal Annapurna with a second place on the podium. Recently Eva has established over 8 World records in fitness, 6 of which are Guinness word records all these records have proven Eva’s mental and physical strength in tests of endurance.

Where do you draw your inspiration from?
My life experiences, I have made my own success. I do what makes me happy, I dismiss critiscm which isn’t constructive.I follow my heart and I love what I do because I know I can heklp children through charity and inspire others to be their best.
What’s your key to your success?
You can’t wait for success, you got to make your success happen! I’ve been to meetings that got me nothing, I’ve been dismissed and told that my ideas won’t work or are not valuable enough to them. When one door shuts it does so for a reason, but you must continue searching for doors, don’t stop because it shuts. Go and kick one door down if you have too.Accept failure as not even trying rather then being told No, turned down or fired.
What was the best advice you were ever given?
To continue being myself, I was once told I was a public figure in fitness and I act accordingly.I didn’t understand that considering acting like me was got me to where I am. I am not an accordingly kind of person,I am who I am and being yourself will keep the ones that like you by your side and those who don’t like you unfriend me or unfollow me.
Do you have a phrase or motto you live your life by?
Life isn’t a ME vs Them kind of thing. Its always been an EVA vs EVA game, All I want to be is my best! Everyday I’ll do what makes Me happy with Me.

“Life’s not about how hard of a hit you can give… it’s about how many you can take, and still keep moving forward.”
