Push yourself to new levels and master your workout game. Get stuck into a highly curated programme of 150+ cutting-edge workouts, some exclusive to the festival. Meet new fitness friends, learn a couple of new tricks to add to your existing regime, or just have a break from the everyday rat race. The festivals main stage will be pumping with adrenalin fuelled classes to get heart racing and those endorphins releasing. Move your hips to Zumba beats, blast burpees in a HITT session, burn those abs in a core class or even get fit with the fam in the family sessions. No matter whether you are a pro, a novice or just want to work out in the fresh air full of awesomeness there is something for everyone.

Remember there are no added costs, all classes are free to attend.

Insider Tip: Bring a sweat towels bottle of water and energy to burn! It’s going to be hot and thirsty work!
