It’s all about small, simple changes that really make a big difference to your health and well being.

You will acquire new techniques and discover new recipes and ingredients that make cooking easy, fun and rewarding. All of our classes and workshops give you the opportunity to get stuck into the cooking, learn about the science of nutrition and best of all you get to eat your healthy masterpiece afterwards – all in a social, relaxing and inspiring atmosphere. All the ingredients and equipment is provided, all you need to bring is a sense of fun and a healthy appetite.

Insider tip: If you like the look of a cooking session be sure to get there early as registration starts 30 minutes before each session and you don’t wanna miss out!

Visit the smoothie station and enjoy making the perfect smoothie! Whether you are looking for a fat-free smoothie, protein smoothie, fruit smoothie or energy smoothie you can enjoy learning about the ingredients and whizzing up your favourite flavour!
