A Good Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Get your day off to the right start with a Breakfast that fills your “empty tank. It can help you function better throughout the day. Fill up on fruits, oatmeal or smoothies for a nutritious and quick breakfast.

Snack Smart
Choose snacks from different food groups – almonds, avocado or fresh fruit and veg make excellent snacks that fill you up and are full of essential healthy fats and vitamins.

Everything in moderation
Have you heard the phrase – Too much of a good thing! Its true. You do not necessarily have to give up your favourite meals or completely deprive yourself, but be smart about how often you eat them. A good alternative to your favourite takeaway pizza would be to make your own at home!

Eat more whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
Not only do these foods give you carbohydrates for energy, plus vitamins, minerals and fiber for a well functioning body but they also take more for your stomach to digest. Try whole-wheat breads and pastas instead of over processed white carbs

Get moving! Always keep active. Walk, bike or jog to meet friends. A great example is to take a 10- minute activity break during commercial breaks whilst watching TV. Remember, there are 1440 minutes in every day, you can use 30 of them to become more active!
