There were plenty of exercise demos, challenges, competitions, presentations and play offs all using latest equipment. There were activities for you to take part in, learn about nutrition and lifestyle and experience the fitness world more closely than ever.
Winners of the playoff’s received free merchandise or two week passes.

We offer CrossFit, Weightlifting, Endurance, Gymnastics, and CrossFit Kids (Heroes-In-Training) classes, Personal Training, and Health Coaching.
CrossFit Alioth focuses on functional movements with a strong belief in the core concept of fitness as defined by CrossFit. We offer two types of unique programming – Fitness and Performance. Our Fitness program is for anyone who is interested to improve his or her fitness, lose weight, and gain lean muscle mass. Our Performance Program is catered to individuals who are looking to incorporate more advanced movements like Olympic lifting and gymnastics.
