10:45 – 11:30 SKLZ Dynamic Movement Training Multiple workout stations focusing on movement training incorporating Speed.Agility.Power for a HIIT style workout
18:30 – Closing Sunset rollout with TriggerPoint After a long day enjoy our sunset rollout recovery session for tired muscles, keeping you fresh and mobile for Saturday!
16:30 – 18:30 The RAGE CAGE presents BARZZ & BASS (Calisthenics UAE Open Workout) Visit the RAGE CAGE to enjoy an aerial showcase (masterclass) set to urban beats by Calisthenics UAE’ best athletes! What’s more, you can also join in the workout and learn how to master a pull-up, muscle-up or even a human flag!

15:00 – 15:45 GRID league massage techniques Join our self-massage workshop where you’ll find out how to use the GRID STK and TriggerPoint massage balls to improve your flexibility and recovery time.
16:30 – 18:30 Master the Human Flag Didn’t quit master the human flag on Friday? We’ve got you covered! Join Calisthenics UAE premier athlete and master trainer Stephen Hughes-Landers for a step-by-step tutorial on how to conquer the Human Flag!
